1. Scope of Dispatch Services

A Plus Logistics acts as an independent dispatch and administrative consultancy for authorized motor carriers. Specific terms, commission percentages, flat weekly rates, and responsibilities are governed by a separate, signed Carrier-Dispatcher Agreement entered into between the motor carrier and A Plus Logistics prior to load booking.

2. Carrier Autonomy & Approval

A Plus Logistics does not exercise control over motor carrier operations. All freight opportunities, rates, routes, and schedules are submitted to the carrier for approval. The carrier retains sole discretion to accept or reject any prospective load.

3. Accuracy of Carrier Information

The carrier warrants that all credentials, operating authority letters, insurance certificates, and equipment representations provided to A Plus Logistics are accurate, valid, and current.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, brand kit elements, trademarks, logos, copy, and layout on this website are the property of A Plus Logistics LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
