How Our Dispatch Process Works
From initial inquiry to active load booking, our onboarding process is designed to eliminate paperwork delays and get your trucks rolling on profitable lanes fast.
The 5-Step Path to Active Dispatching
The exact process depends on your carrier setup, authority history, and agreed service scope. Here is what to expect:
Submit an Initial Enquiry
Submit your company name, contact phone, email, equipment configuration, and fleet size through our online quote form or call our dispatch desk directly at +1 (848) 295-7568.
Operational Review & Lane Alignment
We connect for a brief 10-minute consultation. We review your preferred states, maximum payload weight, schedule goals, toll/fuel preferences, and target rate per mile to ensure alignment.
Secure Document Submission
Submit your standard documentation: MC Operating Authority letter, signed IRS Form W-9, Certificate of Insurance ($1M Liability / $100k Cargo), and factoring Notice of Assignment (if applicable) through our secure protocol.
Review & Sign Service Agreement
We provide our standard Carrier-Dispatcher Agency Agreement for digital review. The agreement confirms our agency authority, no-forced-dispatch guarantee, and transparent fee schedule.
Active Dispatching & Daily Loads
Your assigned dispatcher begins searching freight, negotiating top rates, completing broker setup packets, and handling transit check-calls. You approve every load before booking.
Document Security & Private Transmission
A Plus Logistics maintains strict security policies. We never ask for sensitive banking details or voided checks through unsecured web forms. Once your operating credentials are confirmed, our onboarding manager coordinates document intake through encrypted, restricted channels.
From Onboarding to Rolling
Our onboarding specialists coordinate insurance certificates and broker packets immediately upon receipt, positioning your truck for high-yield loads without downtime.
Onboarding Process FAQs
Everything you need to know about getting your trucks rolling with our team.
Do you force dispatch loads on drivers?
Never. You maintain 100% authority and final approval on every single load. We present the rate, miles, pick/drop times, and commodity details. If a load does not fit your schedule or revenue goals, we keep searching for one that does.
What documents do I need to get started?
To begin onboarding, you will need: 1) Active MC Authority Letter, 2) Signed W-9 Form, 3) Certificate of Insurance (COI) with $100k Cargo & $1M Liability, 4) Notice of Assignment (NOA) if you factor, and 5) A signed Carrier-Dispatcher Agreement.
Do you work with new authorities (under 6 months or 1 year)?
Yes! We actively support new authorities. While some brokers have waiting periods, our dispatchers maintain relationships with reputable broker networks that welcome safe, compliant new authorities.
