We retain personal and carrier information only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfill legitimate business and legal purposes:

• General Inquiries & Quote Requests: Form submissions and route requests are retained in our secure operational intake system for a maximum of ninety (90) days to assist with carrier inquiries, after which records are systematically purged.
• Active Carrier Files: For carriers under an executed Carrier-Dispatcher Agreement, records (rate confirmations, proof of delivery, carrier setup packets) are preserved for the statutory period required by DOT/FMCSA and accounting regulations (typically 3 to 7 years).
• Document Deletion Requests: You may request expedited deletion of non-contractual inquiry information at any time by contacting our privacy compliance desk.
