Clarity & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear, transparent answers about our independent truck dispatch services, fee structures, load approval policies, and carrier onboarding requirements.

Dispatch Operations & Load Approval

What is A Plus Logistics and how do you support carriers?

A Plus Logistics is a US-based independent truck dispatch company. We act as an authorized dispatch agent on your behalf, finding high-paying freight, negotiating top rates with brokers, handling setup packets, verifying broker credit, and coordinating operational logistics so you can stay focused on driving.

Do you force dispatch loads on drivers?

Never. You maintain 100% authority and final approval on every single load. We present the rate, miles, pick/drop times, and commodity details. If a load does not fit your schedule or revenue goals, we keep searching for one that does.

Do you work with new authorities (under 6 months or 1 year)?

Yes! We actively support new authorities. While some brokers have waiting periods, our dispatchers maintain relationships with reputable broker networks that welcome safe, compliant new authorities.

Fees & Pricing Structure

How do your dispatch fees work?

We offer straightforward, transparent pricing with flexible models: a percentage commission on the gross load amount or a predictable flat weekly dispatch fee. All rates are agreed upon in writing with zero hidden charges.

Compliance & Regulatory Disclosure

Is A Plus Logistics a freight broker or a dispatch service?

A Plus Logistics operates strictly as an independent dispatch service provider representing motor carriers under a direct agency agreement. We are not a freight broker, do not collect freight charges on behalf of shippers, and do not sub-contract loads. Carriers invoice brokers directly or through their factoring company.
