Understanding Our Dispatch Terms
How do your dispatch fees work?
We offer straightforward, transparent pricing with flexible models: a percentage commission on the gross load amount or a predictable flat weekly dispatch fee. All rates are agreed upon in writing with zero hidden charges.
Is A Plus Logistics a freight broker or a dispatch service?
A Plus Logistics operates strictly as an independent dispatch service provider representing motor carriers under a direct agency agreement. We are not a freight broker, do not collect freight charges on behalf of shippers, and do not sub-contract loads. Carriers invoice brokers directly or through their factoring company.
